OUR COMMITMENT TO ATHLETES

The Aquatics and Fitness Center is committed to providing athletes with a structured and personalized strength and conditioning program that prepares athletes for the physical demands required for their sport.  Our goal is to provide athletes with the necessary tools that will enhance their athletic performance, and educate them on the importance of discipline, accountability, respect, and mental toughness.

 

For Parents


First Day

I will introduce myself to your

child/teen to explain what strength and conditioning is about, my responsibilities as a coach, how training will reduce their risk of injuries, and how they will develop into an efficient, explosive athlete.  

Second Day
Your young athlete will undergo an Assessment specific to their sport, or an assessment that mimics the moving patterns of their sport (vertical/broad jump, shuffle-run, muscle endurance, 1RM for older athletes, etc). 

Third-Day and Onward
The information I gathered from their assessment, in addition to the needs analysis of their sport, will assist me in their program structure.
