Basketball Shooting Clinic

Want to work on your shooting skills or improve yourpickupgame? Workwithourcertified basketball coach who will assist you in reaching your goal of making that team or showing up your friends.

Ages 12+

Soccer Clinic

This program is designed to teach the funda- mental skills of soccer and sportsmanship values. Participants will learn the aspects of the game, develop techniques, and learn how to perform basic skills necessary to play the game. Weather permitting, class will be held outdoors.

Ages 5-9

Kids on the Move

Get your kids moving to improve their overall health and fitness level in a fun, safe, and positive environment. We will utilize obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more. Start your child on the path toward working hard and creating healthy fitness habits while having fun and creating friendships.

Ages 8-14

Basketball Skills & Drills

Develop and fine tune your child’s skills and fitness in preparation for basketball season. Achieve the compulsory skills and training to better prepare your young athlete for the challenges faced in organized sports.

Ages 4-12


Games, Activities, Tag, Obstacles, Relays, and Sports. Helppromoteandcontrolhealthygrowth in your child. It is our mission to keep your children active and fight childhood obesity.

Ages 4-10

Youth Bootcamp

Designed for younger participants with no weight training involved. Kids can enjoy working out in a fun, yet competitive environment.
